Upon approval, Car Warranties UK will provide compensation up to the maximum limit specified in your coverage details.

Yes, there is a mileage limit of 12,000 miles within a 12-month period. For warranties spanning less than 12 months, mileage will be calculated proportionately.

Claims may be invalidated or subject to additional diagnostics if the mileage exceeds 1000 miles per month by 120%.

The Company accepts a maximum hourly labour rate of £50 excluding VAT, and part costs are cross-referenced against standard prices. However, this is subject to the make and model of the vehicle.

Yes, the Company retains the right to use an independent diagnostics company to inspect the car and/or damaged components before repairs are carried out.

Disassembly fees will only be compensated if they are part of a valid claim. The vehicle owner is responsible for covering the costs if the failure is not covered by the warranty.

Pre-existing faults are not covered unless independent evidence suggests otherwise.
